Perfect end to an amazing wedding and such a lovely couple to boot..We thought we had to share properly and have a little Flashback to Mike & Zoie’s wedding, at the back in May 2012 at Byronviewfarm..All photographs taken by Madeline at The loved Ones, who captured some great shots of the couple, ByronViewFarm and our wonderful view, probably where we got our name !…& all our favourite trees around the farm, the Marquee setting a hidden oasis amongst the Gum trees & Pine trees.

shopping in the industrial estate and then onto lunch at le zinc -a french bistro style restaurant with daily specials and also serves alcohol…always check if they do… especially after shopping up a storm for ceramics, linen, interiors and lighting. dinner at pepe nero. we got slightly lost on our walk but we always managed to find another sign just as we got totally confused! this is an old riad that has been converted into a restaurant. lots of rooms with small intimate seating areas and also larger main areas that are great for people watching. this is a mainly italian menu which is a nice change. we added majorelle garden cactus garden… formally owned by the artist jacque majorelle then saved by yves saint laurent and pierre berge. colorful with loads of yves klein international blue..a vist to the shop is a must..stunning silk and linen clothes, jewellery and rugs i really could of bought everything in the shop!!!! in the heart of the medina is the maison de la photographie gallery and cafe. there are some amazing photographs and the documented history of both the medina and of morroco it’s worth the time spent in this little gallery. just down from the gallery is the beautiful le foundouk restaurant and bar. we booked into a morrocan tangine cooking class at our sister riad swian …the highlight was sitting up on the terrace and enjoying the company as well as the food!

What a wonderful day for SAM & KIM at Byronviewfarm, captured so well by Amelia Fullarton and flowers by the French Petal, As you can see so many areas to the farm to enjoy as a good example of the cottage for intimate smaller wedding up to 60 people, with accomodation for Bride & Groom.. As you can see a little windy, but only an effect to a perfect end to a great night x

granada spain is famous for still serving tapas …..with every drink a little something arrives to go with your order. you can almost dine out on the local delights that are brought to you. we found three great bars that were buzzing with a mix of locals and some tourists. we visited this bar twice the tapas was so good… bar los diamantes……we went during the day post visit to the beautiful palace the alhambra which is above the city and also the name of the local cervezas! we then had a late long lunch at tinta fina vinoteca …. a divine asian-spanish fusion menu. you must also look at the handpainted tiles in grey white and pink! later after the usual siesta we then went to a little bar restaurant called mar de alboran we had spotted on the way back to the hotel. the final stop at midnight in a quiet cul-de-sac off gran via de colon is the bar saint germain which has a cool atmosphere and perfect for late drinks and a last tapas…. the wine list is extensive. enjoy!
