Very happy to be cooking for you again!
Our next event at Federal is booked out but I thought I’d whisper what is on the menu to those that are coming so you can select your beverages accordingly.
We are cooking South American! Fare with will include bolas de yuca con salsa huancaina (cassava and cheese croquettes), ceviche mixto with batata & quinoa (lime-cured fish), churrasco de quadril con chimichurri (grilled wagyu rump with Argentinian sauce), queso y dulce con galletas marineras (home made quince paste with soft cheese and seaman water crackers).
For those of you who are not coming and would like to join a Table in the future, our upcoming dates are:
Saturday dinner March 8 at Coorabell Hall
Sunday lunch March 23 at Federal Hall
Sunday dinner April 6 at Bangalow A&I Hall
*Menu subject to change due to product availability… and Francisco’s whim!
